Once we get all damage deck I have my friend send to our US warehouse and we return them to our factory. We will inspecting all deck return to us and repair or make new if need and then we send back for you.

Next time we use foam piece around all deck and shrink wrap and bubble wrap before tape. This will keep deck best protecting.

Thank you for support friend, we feel very sorry for this problem.

Received mine yesterday, except for a few dents the condition is perfect. Thanks @jeffwuneo, amazing work on this deck.

As for first impressions :

  • I didnā€™t realise how wide and long this board was, was almost expecting some kind of short board, but it is really a full sized and ultra wide longboard (should be obvious reading the specs I know, but itā€™s not the same when you have it on hands).

  • A bit too flat for my tastes, the concave is almost completely gone on this version, but hard to tell how it will feel before riding it.

  • No issues quality wise, weā€™ll have to see how well it holds up riding on not so good roads, but out of the box mine was almost perfect.

Canā€™t wait to put the neoHubs under it :wink:

I tried the one before he did the group buy. Idk if heā€™s changed up anything. I like the deck shape I just wish you felt more locked in

I think the w concave was switched to a normal concave so you probably feel even less locked in on this version.
