Is there anyway that Jeff could refund the original payment and people send a new one in therefore extending the PayPal protection for another 6 months
@Halbj613 PayPal changed their rules so now when a seller refunds, PayPal keeps their cut of the transaction still and the seller has to eat it. So Jeff would loose money

Maybe there is something on PayPal like it is on AliExpress where the seller can extend the time when claims or charge backs are possible?

We are already losing money BecUse of 4x shipping rates. All hubs have been shipped already and everyone will get soon. We can not control shipping now because of the virus.
