I think as long as you are associated with him it’s not going to look good for Bioboards.
Hes a known con artist that has scammed this community twice now. People are going to talk about your boards when they talk about this and you wont be able to stop it.

Of course the money is important to him. But that’s why we are concerned… if Jefferemy is happy to wrought the community, why would he not just do the same to businesses as well? It’s a valid concern.

Thats a bit harsh Lee. Its one PCB which isn’t much in the scheme of things. Were we calling out other companies who were using unities in their builds when enertion wouldn’t deliver to the community?

Money is not important to me, I do this because I think its fun. If it was for money then i would not try run a business in esk8. Last year i worked almost full time with this with no salary at same time i did have a normal day work and a kid and it ended up that I paid 500USD for every board i made.Of course i hope to one day be able to earn a little on all the work but not for now.

Bioboards is pertinent to the discussion because we are talking about one of their suppliers. I don’t care much for who they source components off and am not judging Markus for it. The fact is Markus is possibly the only person in this conversation that has the leverage to use on Jeff to sort out the situation for people that are owed money/items - I think thats important.
The fact is @mackann is already trying to help me personally, something I’m grateful for.

No. Saying to cut ties when his money is invested is such BS. People needn’t be concerned about how he solves his shit. Vendors should be held accountable for if they provide good service or not.

Welp my window to open a dispute from my CC company was about to expire so I just started a dispute with them as well (on top of my aging PayPal dispute opened on 05/29).
Apparently the CC company skips trying to speak with the vendor and goes straight to PayPal for the money. Hopefully this is sorted soon.

As far as I just read nobody in here told him to cut ties. I asked him if he had, but didnt say he should. I think you are right about vendors, it’s the whole reason we are here talking about Jeff, a vendor, who just screwed a lot of people over.
We dont need to define what can and cant be said in here, we are trying to see how far jeffs tentacles reach.
