If you close your dispute that’s it with PayPal I believe. I wouldn’t do it, personally.

I believe one of the drill layers on the v4 + the dimensional outline layer on the v6.
I’ve not actually downloaded them to check myself, but had 2 others report back with issues when trying to order PCBs using those Gerbers.

yeah its more about getting my money or pursuing for the neoboxes in the production state.
Shipping to china and validating it probably takes ages. Taxes are a thing too.

Even with my paypal dispute - no communication :(. I’m thinking about just hitting up my CC company today and disputing there to be safe

Send it back and state full value on the invoice. China customs will love you for it.
Why would a supplier even want an ESC back that has missing layers in the PCB as seen in the photos. It’s not something you can replace and sell as refurbished. Is he going to ride it on his own board lol.
