my guess is that mr wu has givven up and released the source files for both his v4 and v6 neobox’s.
it might be good if someone can work out a way to use these to make our own neobox’s.
but it also might be an indication that hes given up trying to sell these himself. if he intended to keep selling them he would likely have kept the designs private to avoid “cheep clones”

yep what a shitter, Paypal never even came back to me to get more information on what he shipped and what he didnt. I hope they will re-open the claim for me but not sure.

I don’t understand how it could have possibly fallen in his favor, did you provide the invoice slip that was in the packaging?
I called them a few times before they finally reopened my case with Hyperion, hopefully you don’t have to play the waiting game for too long 
Additionally, maybe once the case has closed, you can share what Jeff said in rebuttal to your request for refund? I’m sure others are interested as well

No because I started the claim and then they went to him for more information and then Paypal was reviewing the sellers information for ages and then boom, closed, found in his favour.
Im guessing at this point he has a few claims against him too, madness. Im waiting to speak to an agent now. I kept the neoboxes in their packaging etc so if they allow me to provide more information now it will be obvious.

We had a bit of backwards and forwards but this was whilst the shipment was in HK waiting to leave, once you escalate it you dont see any more information. This is what was said before escalation

So the conversation with Paypal is done.
They offered me to “speed up” the case.
They would send me a link to create a shipping label with Jeffs adress on it. With that i can send it back, once it arrives i contact paypal again and they are going to refund me my money. Given the trouble importing something to china i’m not sure how well that works.
The guy i spoke with told me that they definitely won’t decide like with @Lee_Wright s case because mine came damaged (still doesn’t explain why they did close your case)
I told them to give me time to contact him again to see what if anything happens. I really don’t want to send them back after waiting almost 6 months for it… but it seems that its the only way if that cunt won’t respond.
