That’s literally exactly what I wanted to do
That really means the cars aren’t working.
Do the brushes touch the rails? You may have to pull em down a bit
ok now i’m seriously interested in this.
would tech decks fit the 1:64 chassis you have? They’re almost perfect scale for 5" action figures.
@Agressivstreetlamp so I tried the cars on the track with the normal throttle while lifting it the back wheels slightly off the track and it worked fine but as soon as I put it down again it down again it stops working
@longhairedboy I think it would might need a bit of adaption though is
The wave of nostalgia so so real rn
Sounds like brush alignment. Can you send a pic?
Submit full body nudes to me so I can 3d print you as a character please?
i see nothing that could go wrong here. I’ll send them right over.
those brushes look like they could use some re-shaping, maybe some floofing.
And the shouldn’t be touching the car nearly as much. Kinda coming off at an angle
We had a Carrera. Not quite this size, but we had two of the camber corners
Would putting a bit of solder or something on them help?
Noooooo!
Just take a pick and pull them off the car a lot. Like almost vertical, then align brushes with the slot ,the car nose down and make sure the side to side alignment of brushes is correct. Then as you lower the rear of the car, the brushes will be pushes against the slots and their vertical angle will adjust itself
no. don’t do that. just bend them down toward the track and make sure they’re semi straight
K will try doing that
Thanks
The brushes should touch the metal rails. One other either side but nothing across. Idk if that’s clear or not
definitely do not want wire strands from one brush touching the other brush or the other rail.
New sets are pretty cool these days , multiple cars
Was looking at these at the weekend lol
