Savage1 TKP Trucks

Well, here are the actual pics of the Savage1 trucks modified for the Meepo gear drives. Not sure if it was worth the effort, but I’m always willing to help when I can

I think that looks fine. Not nearly as noticeable as I thought it would be… did you do all that for one customer??

Ya, I’m an idiot, but I like a challenge.

No, not with these drives.
I’m using apex drives on my board, and will replace the their stock adapters with a modified version to attach my handle though.

How does it feel to know you just made a man blow his load?

Why did you leave the adapters on the front trucks?

They are pressed on. Later, if he chooses to run belts, that would become the rear hanger.

I’m not sure why anyone would need them any wider. Could be done easily as a custom though. :man_shrugging:t3:

I would like to see narrower hangers. I think this truck would nicely on a Boosted style deck. using urethane wheels. I know many Boosted-style boards have the motors mounted in front of the truck. That may be an issue for the savage trucks.
