Hi again Kai, thought of the 3D printing of sleeves for pnuematics too - I reached out to a local 3D guy. Then thought I could just cut a big hole and mount the existing sleeve into a rubber wheel instead!! 
Whilst the 115s will impact torque/speed/range I thought 6" wheels may be a bit too much for the hub motors.

Casting as in pouring your own using a mold.
Yes, 1/1 ratio is not very good for 6 inch, but in the end it’s less labor and material than casting rubber sleeves, and less chance of failure than cutting existing wheels.
Be aware that any route you go will take a major hit out your range. A simple 100mm rubber sleeve would probably be the purest upgrade, if you want some tread pattern you could always put them on a lathe, or send them to harfang.
