Anybody have any recommendations or any for sale that are 62T or preferably a little less? Looking to run 6” on these hubs vs my usual 8” and wanted some speed on them.

I’m pretty sure you can’t really get small tooth count pulleys on a Rockstar II hub, I think the best way is get the 72T polymer pulley from MBS and a 20T motor pulley

I know lacroix sells 62T for rockstar, but they’re pricey I think 
I do have 20T motor pulleys so if anything I can do that.
The bolt holes just barely fit on the ID of the pulley ring, this is the smallest you can reasonably do. You can probably get to 58T by making the pulley thick and having the head of the screw overlapping with where the belt lines up

Bigger motor pulleys is the answer. I’ve got some 26T coming in.

It looks like 60T is the minimum and may even be too small a circumference to handle the MBS hole pattern.

I can make 60T, actually have it on my “to-do” list after I finish a battery.
I do have a couple sets of 63T that fit MBS hubs. Long story short I need a specific size and that just end up being the number of teeth for the size it fit so I have extras.

How wide are they?
Diameter is 100mm, teeth are 18mm wide with a 1mm lip. Have 5mm spacers too, or can print extras.
They are smaller than the 66t I’m running on Trampa hubs and Torqueboards 160x50 tires and I’ve put this guy through hell and no clearance issues (so far)
