not eggzakeryā¦ what you are feeling is cogging effect on the magnetic flux, showing not only how strong the flux field is, but also how weak it isā¦ some like this āfeelā as they āthinkā this is desirableā¦ but itās not, and itās not as efficient as a flux field that is better directed and managed, and does not exhibit this ācoggingā feelā¦

solder first. then push terminals thru the back

Or better yet, push wire thru printed housing, solder terminal away from printed part and pull the wire to pull the terminal into the housingā¦ brilliant!!!

Its just normal pla for now, i think im gonna use nylon in the endā¦ and yes, like @kook said, i have to solder first and then push and glue the bullet connectors in

I was asking not if the shaft was keyed for the pulley ā but is the shaft keyed for the rotor (with the magnets on it)? Because rotors slipping on the shaft has been a consistent problem with many different motor designs/brands. Grubscrews are shit.

No, I didnt test it yet. But I think that these 5,5mm Bullets are a bit overkill for my 6384 motors 
When everything is finished, i will upload the design to thingiverse, but you would need the exact same bullet connectors to make it work

I still canāt make made my own GD 
they ask too much.
I will go with 3Dsas again (by the way, this is the kit you can see on my 3d renderings).
But when we will be able to move (we should make our house-warming this WE ā¦), and set and use my cnc, I hope to make mine at home 
ā¦ after more than 3yrs of upgrading drawing (thx to everyone here ^^) it will finally be time !
