They’re definitely more impressive in person when the blade starts swinging. It’s all fun and games until it starts coming at you and you panic. lol

Nope, not pneumies if they’re standard RC car tires. Usually hub, rubber/foam inserts, and tire wrapped around with a CA bead to keep it from falling off.
Judging from the onroad pattern of the tread, I really don’t think they’re pneumies.
Offroad tires can come with pneumies though but usually you have to get into large scale like 1/8 or 1/5
Nyc crew dont stop riding.
I’m fine for riding but not as a group. Be responsable.
I somehow missed that you had done this once before! Looks hot af! What did you use? Any tips / tricks for someone also wanting to do the same?
Bro wtf I can’t even imagine lol how is this possible!!???
The ESC/motor combo makes sense for this kind of stuff
Oh it is possible, these guys though are at another level.
Just imagining. Possibility would be great.
For smaller pneumies? I agree. Sweet spot is probably 5 inch as for me, that’s when I usually transition from thane to pneumies. Sadly, I only know of Hoyt and possible TB headed down that direction
In RL looks even better I use 2m Neon (orange) tube from aliexpres. The hardest part was to mill groves for it in deck, but it is doable
OH fuckin Hellllll I just realized that I got a title from this
Sweet little gearbox. What’s it drive?
Thanks man, a lot of details to be yet added, It’s for my eBike, the friction drive while it’s good, you can’t go off road if it’s wet, so it’s useless to me, this should work way better, on 10S and 180 Kv motor is geared fairly aggressive with a top speed at full charge of 30 km/h, so really meant to only help on steep climbs
This is something like what I would love to design for my future ebike - the only thing about ebikes is that the battery cost is pretty steep so I would have to be saving for it.
Really depends how far you need to got, my current setup is a 6S3P that gives me between 20 and 40 km depending how I ride
Did you cover it in epoxy, or just a little bit of glue on the inside?
Is that EL wire? Looks nice
