well I am surpirse the 4.12 still survive to 12s. It’s one of the few.
I also like the smaller one on side, the yellow scooter!
For the regenerative brakes how did you calibrate it. the right for throttle and then on the left side did you flipped the throttle to use it as brake?

What do you actually pay for that? Like 10 bucks?
I personally use on 1.5 to 2 GB of my 2.5 GB data volume. Yesterday I cranked it up to 12 GB with zero traffic.

Yeah. That sounds about right. We only pay $90 for two phones with unlimited everything through AT&T. This month was slow. Working too much. I only usually average around 10 gigs or so a month.

Wait, 90$ for two phones with unlimited data volume? I’m dreaming.:flushed:
Here 90$ for one phone with unlimited data.

Ideally I would rather have a more robust vesc, but with the right settings the 4.12 works just fine. For the throttles you want to use:
ADC and UART
FOC Current No Reverse Brake ADC2
Thumb Throttle - 3,3v, GND, ADC1
Thumb Brake - 3,3v, GND, ADC2

I used a Flipsky Nrf51 and wired the throttles to the plug. Simple and clean.

We get a discount because my slut of a fiance works for a medical facility that att does business with. So we’re pretty lucky. It would usually be around $150-$200.

Fuck all telcos. It is slowly getting better, but the infrastructure here is only a shithole

I just imagine you sitting in the corner of a damp room emailing hyperion over and over again, bottles of piss all around your feet and tears streaming down your face.

You don’t need the module, but I wanted telemetry and it uses the UART plug. The throttle signal cables go to ADC1 while the brakes signal cable goes to ADC2.

ah ok…like usual…for a moment I though the module was intented for the accellaration/brakes as well. Ok then I will also add a regenerative braking lever. Thanks for the inspiration!

Anytime! I look forward to seeing how you run with it!

I use my phone as a hotspot when I update the computer of my clients. My provider used to have a deal where all data that was used for google play music was free. Then, google cancelled that deal. So my provider offered to everyone, free of charge, an additional data pack equal to our last monthly use of google play… I streamed 200gb of music :man_shrugging::rofl:
