I see. Makes sense if youāve got a pair of xlās, for me I would rather try 5stars and not have to sown more money ![]()

Could you
Drop the link to the exact ones you used?
Exact tires? These are the exact snowblower ones I have & hope to try this weekend but havenāt taken them out yet. Thereās a lot of other listings for the same model tires tho - pretty widespread.
My T2 tires are official MBS ones but thereās generics of them too on aliexpress.
Thanks. Do you think trying the rhombus tread would be worth a shot?
I already have a set of 200x70 MBS/CST explorer tires, which do well on firmer&flatter types of terran & those rhombus ones seem like they would be similar to them, just bigger diameter.
For these big tires Iām looking at mud/snow usage so knobby is what Iām looking for but if you want more contact area less knobby could be good.
This tread will prob be far worse for actual offroading. The MBS explorers are trash at that too.
Worth noting though that the knobbies are TERRIBLE on street, so wouldnāt recommend if ur going for a hybrid build
Thatās good to know⦠definitely a lot of street in my riding.
Thanks for the input. Keep me updated this weekend ![]()
Actually I wouldnāt recommend either variant for street, the tires are super super unbalanced. Ideally you have street and offroad tires that u can hot swap.
I would imagine youād be mostly past getting any notable benefits for general street riding on a tire that big in diameter anyway. For wide open really rough streets could be fun though.
True, if he really wants the diameter go kart tires are the better play
Yeah Iām looking forward to trying different types of 6 inch kart wheels on the @jack.luis adapters but I donāt think Iāll be taking them out for general street riding amongst traffic since Iāll be approaching or over a two foot wide track width ha
Iām limited to five-star hubs right now.
But I do have a nice Bambu 3dprinter.
Thanks for the link, although Itās more a budget restraint than anything else.
@alankerr how many running boards do you have on this fine January?
Today, I only have 2. The new prototipo race board Iām building (Woke) and the red Mountainboard (Hot Rod Lincoln).
The esk8 crew in Boston is growing a bit and inspired me to build again. Iām a super rusty rider at the moment so I need much practice.
Boston crew rides fast 35mph+. Hope carving on a track with āWokeā will wake me up to esk8 fun again. lol. My EUCs outnumber the four wheelers so my time has to be shared amongst my besties.
The flux was donated to my son. It got an upgrade.
What EUCs do you have?
And 35+ is so gnarlyā¦
I would not be able to hang at allā¦
Too many. A Begode Extreme, a Sherman L and an Leaperkim Oryx. In addition to a small A2 to learn tricks on. So 6 total PEVs currently⦠but that P6 is looking good right bout now⦠Retirement is rough. Hahaha
I have never ridden a big big EUC.
The Lynx is the largest I have tried.
I definitely with I had 5k laying around.
Iād get a P6 right meow⦠and an Aeonā¦
I bet I would still only be able to go like 35 on the P6ā¦
