Everyone wants one, someone get out here and start manufacturing some bigger foot stops. How much y’all think it helps to have it? @hoytkid

Thanks man. I’m planning on filming down the point a bit. That’s why I curved it inward a bit too.

when I work with metal edges like this in other projects, this helps me:

not so beautiful, but at least you will keep all your fingers

the best building thread are the ones where we see the things happen ! you don’t need to figure everything out before you start
what I see here looks pretty interesting

Agreed, progressive threads are my favourite

Love the use of an old traffic sign too. One of my customers at my old shop used to come in and buy any old signs we had laying around (traffic sign shop) and would manufacture ridiculously high dollar artsy furniture out of them

I honestly prefer the ones where we see a finished product FIRST and THEN see all the steps it took to make it

That’s why I try to do mine that way

The heatsink on the Blue One is a piece of an old sign, legally obtained.

If i happen upon those threads i usually just look at the pictures, maybe make one comment, then leave and never return.

I like the interaction of progressive threads and the opportunity to present/receive input/ideas.

One of the thing that got me stop being a lurker on the old forum and actualy register was @DougM 's sand board,
It was like some sort of TV show, like nobody knew what crazy idea of incredible machining prouess he was going to with in the next episode until he actualy just made it.
Got me hanged on the thread for a few months ^^

That’s why I like this kind of threads, it’s not only how it is done, it’s something happening.

Is it just me or does the rear truck hangar look wider than the front
