The spiders arent getting any action this day,you have been busy for a guy who “drop ships flipsky crap” for a living,nice work .

It was for a customers lacroix motor swap, he wanted to use the whole circlip on either side of the pulley set up, so I got creative with cutting some circlip grooves

Oooh I bet someone could 3d print a useful piece that holds a metal jigsaw blade in spot for the motor shaft to spin against.

No, you’re right… Dual wielding power tools was the more kickass move.

I think a jigsaw blade might have a tough time with the case hardened shaft. Youd probably be better off with an abrasive disk.

I’ve seen specific jigsaw blades for metal cutting in case metal jigsaw blade was misinterpreted.

But an abrasive disk would hold just the same and probably would last longer so I concede.

Reminds me of the time I turned my first metal lathe and a rotary tool into a makeshift arrow saw. Worked surprisingly well too.
