@Skyart
I’m guessing here but they’re ridulous light switches. Idk. I do know they have some oddly thick wires running from them. I’ve asked myself this same question.
Turn signals. You can see the same ones in the back.
Sales thread when?
Welllll, I’m testing this deck with two drivetrains, so one of them will go. So maybe soon
@bboybowzer thanks so much dude! You are so generous
It was just a hunch, but it’s wild to see such a height difference in old vs new shock blocks. It’s even more obvious in person.
Already installed yours all around!
No, it’s just a piece of grip tape that was cut into strips, it’s hard to tell in the pictures but when you look at it in person it’s not straight nor consistent, just cut with an x-acto knife I think.
Oh dude, i totally missed that.
Hope you re healed up right now.
And I have to second what @frame said. STOP HURTING YOURSELF!
Lol funny. I thought you mean the deck, too. I bet 99,9 % of all inmates here thought that
Haha cheers dude, all good. Healed quick from that one
Shameless… but well executed!
I personally prefer the decals not to be vertically opposed like they are especially on the Rothmans, but I love the designs in general. Nice work!
Thank you! I was going to aknowledge your awesome work in a specific thread. Homage to the Heritage is an obvious inspiration for this, with the only difference being that this is specific to rally. This was just a design exercise to try to replicate the liveries of all the WRC winners since 1977 – this is why some decals are vertically opposed as they are like that in the rally cars. This was also an excuse to learn Blender to create these renders which are still very rough.
I’m planning to create a thread soon with all the liveries I have so far (1977-1990) and I’ll give a big shout-out to you and your past work. I don’t plan to do anything close to what you did. Using Splattergoat to print one of the liveries will be the closest thing to becoming reality.
Dude, don’t be silly. I love it. Go ahead, make them and make them as amazing as possible. Sell boards, sell the skins, make yourself rich. It’s cool. Create what you love. All creativity is borrowed, after all
Full disclosure though, I’m already commissioned to do an Audi S1E2 but at this rate, it’s still a ways off
Super awesome
i don’t know… I see a lot of space between those motors…
I know. I know. But I couldn’t find anyone selling 68.5mm shoulder bolts to take up the slack and get them closer.
