Yes. Especially if you jump with them.

Mine are bent as well as twisted. Though I don’t do jumps so mine isn’t bent as bad as @ShutterShock

Bent because the ouside of the motor end sits lower than the side with the pulley and twisted because my right motor mount is lower than the left motor mount.

Yeah I guess it was just the impacts from jumping on flat ground, it wasn’t bent before that session

Yes I only weigh 75kg so who knows, you might end up with some bent ones too. I’m considering my moving forward options to see what to do

Nah, college project I did with Lynxmotion. Old school robotics kits company that I built my first programmable robot from using a basic stamp, the original owner ended up becoming a mentor and lifelong friend.

Jim Frye- really great guy that I owe a lot to for the knowledge & wisdom he shared with a 13 year old kid calling with questions about pbasic programming.

NGL I’ve thought about this too much but hear me out: Drop a onewheel on top of a snowboard so just the wheel pops through the deck. Cover tire in tread/studs/chains. Replace imu esc with one that takes a remote. E-snowboard and sandboard in one I’ll likely need to reinforce the snowboard deck at the cutout but who’s in?

Yeah, I was imagining the wheel would be in between my legs with a safety cover so it’s in contact more. I invited him to post here. Hope he does.
