Wait so unless trampa makes a line of hubs Iām not aware of, arenāt all of their offerings 4 pieces? (2 for spokes and two for tire carrying bit). Afaik 3ds hubs are all two pieces right? so is he saying that any hubs in the size range we use that are split into 2 pieces for tire installation are just unapologetic knockoffs of the @Trampa design??
The PKP design is not a novel design. Anyone can make a similar truck at any time and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I didnāt hear Jens being a drama lama when Apex published their Interpretation of the PKP system that has been around for 20 years now. Someone was the first to use beltdrives and now pretty much all brands offer belt drive systems. So whatā¦
NoSno was the first brand using PKPs.
Jens interpeted it, Apex copied that, now we offer a similar truckā¦ and others will follow.

You copied Scrub trucks. You copied MBS F4 bindings. You have tried to claim that square shaped ESCs (ESCapes) infringe upon your designs and threatened legal action unduly on those you perceive a threat.
Really what this is, is fear of competition. You can at least just acknowledge that youāre scared, because you act like it.

No, its about 1:1 copy work, down to the very detail. We give a fā¦ about others making wheels. There is simply no need to copy a product down to the very detail, including non technical design aspects.

Wrong. Jens developed some prototypes that never made it to market and we also made some prototypes that did make it to market. Jens was shown early drawings and our intentions to innovate on the design were made clear to him.

If you care so much about the stupid wheels then go after the manufacturer, not people reselling them for the convenience of people that are going to buy them anyway
Besides, why have you just noticed this? These wheels have been available for at least a year, maybe even more. You only care because Apex is reselling them for our convenience so we donāt have to wait for extra shipping time
They even improved them with their own mid-hub
