Are the axles 8mmā?
Itās super nice the bearing doesnāt stick out the front. 
Are the phase wires 1000+ strand?
Are the phase wires silicone-insulated?

I pick them up tomorrow. They were delivered to my partner in crime today.
I will try to answer these questions then. But yes, super stoked we could cover up that stupid bearing without an adaptor

I didnāt, no. I didnāt order these, i just got told they were coming 
will find out what we actually got tomorrow.
In any case, this is only a small batch, and any improvements needed can be rectified in the next batch

The ones we got made are serviceable! @glyphiks i have a feeling your wire exits have epoxy, making them hard to service.
