Lol, they help the silicone to locate nicely into the fibreglass jacket. I was meant to do a lot better registration before i did the final silicone pour, but i forgot, so i just whacked those two circles into it.

They work, but they should definitely be beefier to help lock the silicone in nicely.

Battery is fucking huge. And the eboosted kaly enclosure is fucking tight as it is. I wanted to build each pack seperately, wrap them seperately, finish them seperately without running any wires on top of the pack because triple stack p42a is plenty tall enough already.

This way i can work on and install each 3s8p into the enclosure seperately without trying to wrangle a complete 10kg pack with flexible connections.

Replacing series units has a whole set of consequences and isnā€™t really that possible/good without a fuckton of details lining up correctly.

Change ā€œseriesā€ to ā€œparallelā€ and everything changes.
