Thanks! I’ll check it out.

Im assuming that ya need two chargers of equal output for this to work properly? Or can you mix and match amp outputs?

Im having a heated argument with my wallet about buying one of these

Great push deck, I’d want to reinforce it for electrification purposes unless I was gonna keep it slow and weighed <170lbs.

El wire isn’t very bright in daylight like LED strips are.

If daytime use is on the agenda, I’d skip the el wire.

I have some I’ve experimented with a lot but it’s never made it into a finished product because it’s too dim.

Thanks.
I’ve been trying to decide whether I want daytime ā€œrunning lightsā€ around the edge of the board or just a subtle night-only effect.

I went with addressable leds for my underglow

Here’s what it looked like while I was installing it

Yes that’s the very same deck :+1:

It’s a little on the short side for me now I’m used to a 44" RedEmber but the drop and concave on this is lovely.

Also, I weigh 95kg and it feels stiff enough for me :man_shrugging::grimacing::joy:

You can get RGBW and pixel tape in neon flex as well if you want the best of both worlds but it costs more

Did you use a drill to make those perfect holes in the enclosure? @glyphiks

The chargers I am using are both 12S ones but different amperages. I’m using a Torqueboards 4.4A and a 2A. They work fine, I dont know about having them both trying to balance at the same time, but using them as a top off/turbo charge works just fine. I assume the BMS handles all of that regardless.

I actually found out about dual port charging from those uni mother fuckers in NYC. I had to ask about it which led me and @bwahl602 to use this method instead of one husky ass charger.

I used a spade bit for the circular holes and drilled three small holes and then used a flute bit on the dremel for the triangular holes :+1:

can you link me to that buck?

I’ve got an enclosure project on the go that uses a flexible optic strip, lit by 2x leds at each end. It looks pretty good on the bench but I’ve not fitted it properly yet. Lights and colours controllable via an app on phone.

I tried an EL light strip which is looks good too, but doesn’t feel very durable.
