I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on what remote / charger I should get / where I should get it. I’m not too picky but would like to keep each piece under $100 if possible. I am getting close to finishing my first ever DIY build and the only parts I’m missing is a charger for my 12s6p 21700 Ampace JP40 cell battery, and a remote & receiver with my Go-FOC DV6S VESC. I’m not super knowledgeable on these parts so would love some guidance from the experts!
Remote there are a fair amount of options. Everyone will argue what is best and worst. Do some searching on here to form your own opinions but some suggestions that come to mind are Flipsky VX4 Pro, GB Remote, Puck 2, Exway Rexus, Zmote.
Charger you can get off Aliexpress. Not sure what charge port you have or what your BMS situation is so it’s hard to say what amperage you should get, but you’ll find a plethora of options on Ali for 12S chargers with all different amp ratings and connector types. Should be well within a $100 budget.
I second @AlexB on both charger solution and remote variety. Next best question to advise is whether or not you plan on going fresh and brand new with each part or go cost-efficient with 2nd-hand deals
