Found the pnl baseplates
I would try a 35 degree Randal baseplate having you board so high up isn’t doing you any favours.
Yes the ride height is not ideal. It is about 10mm higher than the bamboo gtr as a result of that angled riser.
The only reason for putting that in was because the motors hit the kicktail when turning slightly. That angle brings the motors lower to the ground but keeps the kicktail away from grinding on the motor paint just enough to do full turns.
There was no option with the motor mount angles to put the motors any other way except vertically. Front facing did not work.
Oh I just re read your question. The front wheels are on the left. That picture has the motors above and the kicktail below. Front wheels are diagonally left.
That might be screwing up your truck geometry because RKPs are designed for two tall bushings, and not a medium and short bushing. The shorter bushing skews it, and might not be making complete contact against the bearing seat.
