Been experimenting with a third wheel conversion that has a physical emergency brake for when SHTF.
Any thoughts? I’ve never done anything like this before.
The motor gear is 22T
200mm wheel is 72T
Top speed should be about 50mph.

I loved the mechanical brake on my first board/monster. Unfortunately the love stopped there haha
The rubber brake drums wear out fast at high speed so definitely use it like you said, when SHTF

Easy keyboard warrior, this was before I knew esk8 was even a thing. Here in the midwest, I have never seen another person riding an electric skateboard so I did what I could with what I had.
This is my current board, dick.
And my second board that’s almost done, extra dick.
