Radium Performance

Jimmy Connolly has one in Costa Mesa. In talks with Gialong to secure the buy

I wouldn’t doubt the new S narrower front truck offering increased nimbleness either, tho. That b interested if the the original Mach 1 could benefit with narrower front hangar, just some thoughts but my geometry is not so good on skate analysis. I leave that with the skate pros.

You can flip the wheels around backwards to narrow the track width, dunno how they would feel with the rubber holes facing out tho, might get a bit spongy

I know someone who has one

Anyone else enjoying their new Radium underwear? They are so comfy I think I want to order 5 of them:smirking_face:

I never got RTS fitted to my Genesis board so it’s still in a ‘raw’ configuration, on a lower tooth count it’s a slide and burnout monster board, more tuned for paths and trails than open road but more than capable at both.

The production Mach 1 I got with the ‘fastest’ tooth count and the set up is more for high speed road use. Runs. The RTS is in its element there, feeling it assist is comfortable. Not so much for me in gravel but in all fairness, I’ve not done much by way of trying.to set it.up for it either.

It’s good to have a comparison board to be able to feel the difference. I like the raw nature for gravel and trails and refined RTS performance for road if that makes sense?

Yeah RTS is not ideal in the rough stuff, bump zooms are real

245kv race motors with motor amps set above 140+ is a whole other world at any speed on the mach 1. It drives and accelerates like a sports car and devours long inclines. It’s a commuting machine for sure. Ride Safe!

I am curious how the Darkstar motors compare if applied to these original mach 1 in 245 kv form. It will be interesting to see if there will be an upgrade kit for the mach 1 for a refresh in the future. At a certain minimum skill, the Mach 1 kinda drives itself. Pushing limits is optional
