The original bolt is 1/4" so very close to M6 diameter.
*M8 was only for the funny sailplate adapter

Nice, for some I reason I thought it was M8, so it will fit with yours

After 2 tries and two clogged nozzle in a new roll of filament I said screw it and printed it with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.48 layer height, not pretty but worked and it’s strong, I can lift the board with it
The angle turned out perfectly, 7.5°, still need to mount everything and get some shots of it in the dark

Sure, I really like taping it to the truck, use the strong duble sided tape you can find and clean everything really well
Still untested, just as I finished mounting everything the rain started
