I know it’s an old post, but what are you using to hold / secure the circular Delrin stock?
In normal use, that machine is set up to mill disks of Zirconium Oxide. There is a shorter ring around the 100mm disk which the machine clamps onto.
FWIW the POM was too slippery. I like the printed DR version better.

FYI, I have one of those in black, I may have unintentionally used it as a slide puck and it still holds flawlessly.
I‘m now using a different shell but that’s beside the point.
What ever happened to …. Puck puck Bruce?
Lots of folks still using them and loving them. My favorite shell for the puck.

Will there ever another run on these or the OSRR remotes? I can also print my own shell I suppose but the finish on these is
