My board says it’s fully charged, but feels about 20% charged.
Any ideas what this could be or how to fix it?
The battery has been working well and holding a charge, nothing happened to it.
I’m hoping it just needs to be rebooted/calibrated.
I bought a diy used so I’m not overly familiar with trouble shooting.
This is what I am working with (photo below)
Might be a loose wire connection. For example, a loop key not plugged in fully, or an internal connection coming open. Do you have a Metr or some other telemetry device to log the board in real time?
Pictures, especially ones of the inside electronics, would be helpful for others to assist you.

I know there is an android app to access it but I have an iPhone and haven’t needed to use it.
I have had it for a few months without any issues outside of flat tires so I haven’t even opened the enclosure yet, I guess it is time to do that.
I will check it out and post some photos.
