I am tempted to use @Boardnamics precision clamps and add an attachment for picatinny rails, but i am very well aware how easy it is for someone like flipshit to steal the idea and make it for 10% of the cost in china in high volume. I would lose a shit ton of money and i’m not ready for that

Out of curiosity, what do those numbers mean in millimetres? My brain simply cannot process that

I get in the ballpark and just add 0.4mm per 1/64"

After reading some vesc treads with trampa being :poop: (sorry but not really sorry) why don’t we just boycott VESCā„¢ And kinda ā€˜force’ mister Vedder to make another type of vesc but not called vesc, is there any possible way we could do that with no legal repercution on ben’s side?

Option to deploy oil slick.
Skin your broken core cloud wheels cover your deck with them. Put on some TB110 bingo best of both worlds.
Take your product slap on the wrong gender xt90S and call it the plus version. Then sell the gender changer for $20 win win.

ben made the vesc™… make everyone else change… i know we hate it… but someone trademarked the VESCā„¢ name…

I’ve stopped using the word VESCā„¢ entirely and now only refer to them as variable electronic speed controllers.

Or VESCs for short

Anybody here know anything about R/C Car racing? like 1/8 or 1/5 scale cars? not the little kid ones. I mean nitro racing in the JBRL series?
reason why I ask is because a 1/5 scale tire is close to what we use.

|Height:| |7.31" (186mm)|
|Width:| |3.20" (81mm)|

they also make road tires.
I’ve been in the manufacturing warehouse and seen the rubber in huge strips being made into little tires.
I know their tires would be to thin and would have to be engineered for what we need ,but that is kind of what these guys do for a living. they have a whole engineering team. where there’s a will there’s a way.
here’s the sauce

If anyone is interested in a manufacturer in So Cal that already makes small batches of similar size tires.
Show me you are serious and I will put you in contact with the owner of Proline Racing.

depends if the rubber used for R/C cars is the same for skates / bikes tires

also if a set cost too much and doesn’t last for ages or give incredible grip I don’t see the benefit except for special racing situations.

Summer it is almost here (Buenos Aires), quarantine keeps all civilians under a totalitarian regime…but…just in case I am getting ready to get the hell out of the city to the mountains or the beach…For that I am moving most of the hardware of my Trampa street carver to the Trampa bigboi board…I wish somebody could build a battery system that works like an accordion (12s10p)…So I do not have to go back to LIPO topmount as a last resource…Nothing sweeter than moving the battery from my @eBoosted DS enclosure to a top mount (seasonal riding…).

modular/disconnectable Pgroups kinda accomplishes this, but you want ones that don’t disconnect just fold into a smaller footprint while retaining all the balance wires and such.

Needs the idea I was thinking of and then saw was already being used the new Hummer EV:
ā€œWirelessā€ battery modules (only power connections and all balancing and monitoring is done over the air)

NESE? :grinning:

nope…more like @Fosterqc said before…unless some NESE innovation like Trampa did to their top mount battery system…I like the idea of being able to remove any bad cell…My thoughts are more to move up and down the battery when ever I want, without loosing space, or gain weight…I like to address that within my country things are way to dificult to buy, to fix, to import, etc…Also right now 1 usd = 180 pesos and the minimun wage is 25K pesos, something like 150usd…And probably I am the only one here (45 million people) that have this kind of boards…This idea it is more a necessity than any other thing…

Laser headlights need to be more prevalent. It’d actually work out pretty well for eskates, since they’re mounted lower to the ground compared to cars. Better throw and less glare to oncoming cars, sounds like a win win.
