u r not supposed to spill their secret

I think 2 of them just make a BS handshake with their esc to scare users away from DIY

who wants their tiny motor anyway

This is the same shit they did with the GTR but the wire was just on/off so you could just leave it out and it’d work fine. Fucking evolve BS is why I started DIY in the first place.

25a per phase, what’s that work out to in terms of motor setting? About 50A?

Seems pretty neat for small builds

:man_shrugging:t2: maybe 40? unless u pulling constant amp, i don’t think it matter that much if 40 or 50a

I want to make a truly stupid setup with 3 of these for 6 phases + 12 sensors

Split and recombine each wire?

Yup (if I understand you correctly)

Motor 1: Phase A,B on Connector X
Motor 2: Phase A,B on Connector Y
Motor 1,2: Phase C on Connector Z

Same thing for sensor wires, but double everything

Edit: Side note, I now understand why scientific notation reuses conflicting symbols, just glad I didn’t have to use Alpha and Beta

Have connector Z above and in the middle of the other two to form a triangle for neater wiring. Glue the 3 plugs together and have both motors connect with the one master plug.

yeah exactly I just didn’t want to make the notation even more complicated by mixing the order in the description

Hahahahaha no absolutely not, I just like imagining it as a silly design you get when you don’t give the engineers proper constrains

“So you want no gromets or separate sensor port, using as few parts as possible, and an off the shelf connector? I got you bud”

150mm lateral spacing of just end to end connector and goddamn 4AWG class conductors
