One of the shittiest urban cities. Potholes here are known to crack rims.
Please forgive the question, but do you work for parsec? I only ask bc youāre speaking in the tone of someone involved or a stakeholder.
Or is this just more thane supremacy lmao
Iām just a tech, but larger wheels have been teased in the customer server for awhile.
$170 aluminum cores? Why that price? Do they come with CNC pulleys?
I guess thatās the difference, Iād rather be comfortable on most of my rides. A few of my regular rides takes me across wood planked bridges and they just arenāt fun on thanes, nor are all the uneven sidewalks, cracked pavement, potholes, etc.
Ya I know, weāre both in the Discord and Iāve spoken to Russ too. He was kind enough to ask my thoughts on the color scheme at the time
Also not sure why youāre making it seem like Iām particularly bothered by the wheels, when other forum users observed that most arenāt using the stock wheels, for a variety of reasons
360 miles on stock wheels here in the northeast, with probably 50 miles done in NYC. Have to stay alert, but overall Iāve not gone to the mad 105s I own primarily for range/acceleration, but havenāt had big issues on stock.
Are the newer black Hoyt wheels lighter than the older bare aluminum ones? The black ones seem to have more open space and look lighter.
Yes, significantly
