I’m all a-ok! What shorted was the direct line from battery to the controller. I was adding a new buck converter and I think something might’ve torn while I was routing things. Good news was that controller was off so nothing happened to it.
Light fire did fry my puck receiver, my unity plate and some cables.
Everything still seems fine but still.
It wasn’t! But it was a main power line from the batteries to controller.
firstly, what an awesome build! there is clearly seen the amount of labour and thought you’ve put into it.
the less enjoyable was recognition of the white coding all over the insides after few moments of staring and thinking 
is that really fire extinguisher contents?
what happened to the aluminium unity backplate? do you have some detailed pictures of the accident?
Man I’m glad you are OK, that’s the most important thing above all.
