I think it’s all of them. All years. Onewheel website is just stating the year of the recall. (I think)
The recall impacts all Onewheel electric skateboards — including Onewheel, Onewheel+, Onewheel+ XR, Onewheel Pint, Onewheel Pint X and Onewheel GT — sold online and through independent retailers from January 2014 through September of this year.
Edit - yeah the recall affects every Onewheel ever sold. It’s even worse than that though. Onewheel says if you bought an original Onewheel or Onewheel+, it’s literally trash, and should not be used anymore… but don’t worry, they’ll give you $100 off a new one wheel

This is what these guys told me over 3 years ago when I was having an issue, absolutely clownery of a business, the float life fixed it for $100. This recal doesn’t even address half the issues.
I don’t know how much you guys follow the onewheel community but future motion is an absolute joke, look at all the drama and underhanded stuff they did at the last race for the rail. I could never support this company in the future.

The mere fact that Future Motion, Inc. wires their batteries backwards with the apparent intentional effect of a likely battery fire if a repair is attempted by the owner — that should tell you everything you need to know about Future Motion. They literally value a dollar more than your family’s life.
