Id love to get the file as well. Received new filament this past weekend that i would like to try.
Fits well. Will print this 48T Version in PPA-CF tomorrow.
Delayed this for months, took me 20 minutes to finish the design… I’m lazy.

It turned out that the pulleys were not what was rattling! One of my motors was missing a circlip!
Thanks flipsky, either it was never on there (that’s what I think is most likely) or it got lost at some point. These engines have not yet run 500km…

Just fyi, mboards does sell the 5 inch aluminum hoyt hubs with the 44t aluminum pulleys that go with them

Those pulleys do not work with the OG 5 spoke style wheels. The new 3 spoke style supports kegel core

Also Mboards is 75$ for shipping (+ taxes) to Germany 
So sad I designed these on my free time while at Hoyt. All I wanted was to own a set without paying and I was told no
