Have anybody in idea why the motor is shaking? With other motor it runs fine and smooth.

Was the smooth motor the same one used for the ESC detection routine, or the shaky one?
Do you have a multimeter that can measure the resistance of each motor phase, or check between each phase for a short to the motor case/stator?

Maybe the hall sensors are too close to the magnet’s. 
try sensorless
