Testing this setup on my bike today:

Should get some good footage of the moon I reckon

I can’t believe this Flat Earthers thread is still open!
Jokes are good when they don’t last forever…for me is just trolling us all.
It reminds me of Harvard Fake Data scandal, or better The Bogdanoffs , the two twins that faked PHD

Want to accelerate quicker? Lean more. Can’t lean more because your knee is in the way? Hold battery.

Maybe one of these would help.

no wayyyy

Going through this thread thread I think there’s a huge thing that @ross_forp hasn’t figured out modeling about esk8’s vs say drag race cars.

But I go back and forth over wether he cares to figure it out, or he’s just trolling everyone.

he’s just coping for his severe skill issue

Assuming there’s enough power and the tires have grip, there’s a direct correlation between the angle to the center of mass of the rider in relation to the contact patch, and the acceleration. It doesn’t matter how much you lean, you can always lean more (put the center of mass farther forward) if you hold the battery in your outstretched hand.

Just as a motorcyclist has to lean more to pull more g’s in a turn, an e-skater has to lean more to pull more g’s in a launch, and holding the battery forward achieves greater lean.

well they won’t cause you’re taking weight off the rear where your motors are on a 2wd board which will make the wheels spin from… you guessed it, a lack of traction

well shit why not just lie down then and put the battery out on your shins, you’ll have faster times according to your thinking

no, it forces the c/g forward makes maintaining balance significantly harder especially if you’re holding a heavy battery pack with one arm

with all that being said, please return this :poop: back to your water bottle topic because you’re clogging up this thread which is for posting 0-20 times, not all your crazy theories

It doesn’t move the center of mass away from the drive tires because it also assumes (if you have rear wheel drive) that your rear foot is above the rear truck and your front foot is lifted off the board. We already covered this earlier in the thread.

cool, take the topic back to your thread
Noticed quicker acceleration while holding water bottle?

See we covered it.

At the end of the day cyclists have to lean more to pull more g’s in a turn, eskateboarders have to lean to pull more g’s in a launch, and holding the battery in your outstretched hand = more lean.

In fact, putting the battery on the rider alone gives more traction to the drive wheel (assuming front foot lifted during launch), before considering the implications of how it affects lean or angle between ground, contact patch & center of mass etc.

You just brought him back to life like Frankenstein’s monster with this comment.

the from the comment you replied to down got moved from another topic. he was responding to ross who had already posted some bs

from the bottom of my heart with all my love
