So you have two 6S connected in series, times two? And you want to connect both of those 12S batteries in parallel?
If so, do it once and only once and make sure they are all charged to the exact same level first. The penalty for doing these things wrong is angry fire.

My belt is touching my wheel, do I need some sort of spacer between the wheel and the pullet? Using TB kegal pulley kit with 15mm belts.
I would space that yes, have you got speed rings?
The issue Iām having by adding space with a speed ring is that it in-turn pushes the belt further off the pulley, creating a little lip hanging over (only a little bit but stillā¦) Is this ok?
ITās hard to see but you can sort of tell the belt is being pushed off the pulley, is this normal?
You could always shave the wheel down a bit to clear the belt, or space the pulley away from the wheel a bit.
