No speed showing on VX4 w/ BT module on a Maker X 100d.

On my VX4 remote through the BT module i am connected to a Maker X 100d. When power is and and give it throttle, the wheels spin but not speed shows up . The reading is 0 mph.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Could be as simple as selecting the right esc in the settings. There’s an option if 2.
Otherwise you could try switching rx and tx pins on the receiver.

Sounds like app config is maybe set to reading just ppm and not UART signal

Is that changed through the controller or via vsec app on the computer?

VESC tool you will choose that stuff, but on the remote you need to make sure it’s configured correctly also. The Flipsky site has a manual for it I believe, or it came with one - it’s been a while since I had to configure a VX4 but they were always a pain in the ass
