It’s a FocBox box, if you look it’s hollow. That is the heat sink and plastic shell but the PCB has been removed (presumably because it’s more compact without it or he used a different heatsink)

Yeah I bought these new and immediately installed them into a sealed heatsink case.
Sold the build long time ago. These have just been floating around lol.
Was worth a good laugh.

Got an OG Metr to give away.
Still works, usable with v4 and v6 hw.
Not all present features of the metr app are compatible since this a legacy device.
Logging and Real-time data are definitely working (will test again before shipping)
Baudrate has to be set manually.
