Anyone know if New Olders is still active and in business?

Bought a helmet about a week and a half ago from them and haven’t been able to get a response to any of my messages. Reached out through email and WhatsApp. Anyone bought a helmet from them recently?

new olders is known to take a long time, sometime over 6 weeks, to send out helmets. it depens on when you order and how large their order list is. gotta remember they (afaik) make every helmet to order.

you’ll see it eventually, but i wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t get it until february

All the helmets are made to order so it’s gonna take a little bit, mine took 6-8 weeks

But it’s worth it. Even the base model feels thicker than TSG (I know that’s not saying much but still lol)

Bought a second one from them a few months ago. Great helmet, I trust my life with it. ]

they do take 6~8 weeks to show up though.
