@Enginir Can you confirm if we understood your email correctly? Are you fulfilling all the orders that were refunded even the ones that were not shipped or even prepared yet and then you will expect our payment?
Could be a bit of a front, or a floating situation really.
We will try to communicate with each one of our customers to confirm the sales, and we plan on a massive price drop.

Because paypal took a sizable portion of procesing fee out of the amount you pay, usually you pay 650+ and we recived it in 590 something

Not really true for EU users.
Since the beginning of November you need to provide your ID and verify your bank account to crypto brokers.
Because you can track all transactions on blockchains you can find out where the transaction originated from and compare the addresses to the accounts of the brokers.
At least, that is how I interpret it.
Probably too much trouble for FM or their laywers, but still something to consider.

FM is not going after individual customers. They dont even have a leg to stand on outside of US courts, and even that is questionable.

I think require ID is on the basis of KYC(know your customer), but there is no way for FM to go after each order, would be too much trouble. plus we keep it quiet so the outside world doesnt really notice

from what I’ve read the patent they’re accusing these guys of infringing uses incredibly loose terminology id be surprised if it held up in a mild breeze
