Need to pick an Electric Engineer's brain

Sorry, this is off topic and not very esk8 related, but I need to pick an EE’s brain. This project has high amperage application using lots of batteries. Need some input on my power electronics. Unfortunately, it’s confidential and for my other thing I do (I lead R&D for a tech company). Ideally, looking for an EE that is based in CA (LA to be specific).
