Need to make the battery compartment bigger but how?

Yes, fitting the power button wire through the hole was a little tricky but I made it work, and artem (skyart) sold me an extended cable stormcore switch so it would reach. I didn’t use the built in battery meter because I didn’t really need it, but I did plug it into the battery occasionally and it worked just fine.

Out of curiosity whats left on the build? You’re the first guy I’ve seen to use the same deck as me and I’d like to see you finish the build and get to riding.

So I purchased an anti spark switch from mboards. I had to extend the four wires from the power button to reach. Then, I realized I had the battery meter wired directly to my battery and I would have to open the board up every time to plug and unplug it. So, without researching anything I decided to wire the battery meter into the anti spark switch. I think this makes sense, but unfortunately my solder connection shifted slightly and when I went to try it out, it shorted. So, long story short, I get to buy a 50 dollar power button twice! Once the new one comes I’ll install it and probably just disregard trying to use the built in meter from boundmotor’s board. When the new switch comes and my neoprene from Amazon it’ll be completed. In theory the wiring should have worked right? What motors do you use for your setup? I have ridden it already. The board is stiff which I’m not used to and the motors are pretty fast.

Nvm I see your account has your specs. I’m not super familiar with forums. Please excuse my faux pas lol. I’m also new to electric boards, but not at all new to skating.

I think it should work but I’m not super familiar in this stuff, you might want to ask this on the beginner questions thread. I used propulsionboards 6374 190kv, but they get their motors from flipsky.

I have the same build and ran steal braid to connect my p group’s using braided ground straps worked out for me.
