Hi! I’m looking for anyone able to help with this conversion, as specialty tools are required which I don’t have. I’m located in Stockholm Sweden.
The tynee stinger is a little complicated as it’s unclear as to how the enclosure is held on. My guess is there are bolts under the grip tape that thread into inserts in the enclosure. If this is the case, you won’t need to install threaded inserts in the omakase, which is a lifesaver. (it sucks)
In this case, the only thing you’ll need is the appropriate hex tools to disassemble the board, and an appropriate drill bit for the holes in the omakase deck for the tynee enclosure. Plus some neoprene foam to make a gasket to account for the difference in deck shape.
