Need Help, getting ABS OverCurrentFault on skp solos

Hey everybody!
So I‘m running Skp Dual Solo‘s with Skp 6485 205kv motors and a 12s4p battery.
I already talked to @Skyart and we cannot figure out where the Problem is.
The setup was running fine for 1 1/2 month then suddenly I’ve got over current faults while riding but didn’t feel anything strange while riding. I saw the fault after the ride while checking the stats on the mtr app.
First thing I did was to check all the phase and sensor cables for any cold solder joints then I contacted Artem.
Together we updated the firmware and bootloader, changed some settings in vesc tool…ok after this it went away gor 1 or two rides and then comes again.
After redoing the firmware update a few times i recognized that one of the motors isn’t starting properly without load but seems to be normal when riding

Any suggestions how to fix that issue?
You guys think is it either a hardware or software issue?
@skyart, maybe you have anything to add

Ya know I am interested in the solution to this as well.

My Solos did the same this about a week ago and I haven’t been able to figure out what threw the fault.

After I got back and pulled it apart I was having trouble getting motors to setup properly. I think I had to run detection about 8 times before it liked it.

But I since haven’t had any more over current faults since. And checking the Yt log I didn’t go over current, but it thru the code. So i’m stumped as well

have you tried switching what side of the esc the motors are in to see if it follows the motors or esc?

Yes i switched the motors too…when switching, the cogging is on the other side

if the fault follows the motor, i’d get a new motor personally

its not the motor! when i switch the motor its happening on the same esc side

no reason to get aggressive dude. your last response made it seem like it was following the motor. if it’s just that one esc, just get another (single) solo and replace it

Tried manual detection? Anything in the uarts?

Sry didn‘t want to sound aggressive

No i don‘t, but my motordetection worked, and i don‘t use uart port

Artem probably already went through it with you but screenshot and show us the values from detection.

Is it under heavy load you’re getting the fault? Day 1 stuff but have you got slow abs set to true and the absolute max as high as possible?

Your metr is can then?

Here‘s the detection from today

Here’re the last faults

Its not under heavy load, I‘m 50kg
And yes, slow abs is true and i got the faults with absolute max set to 175 and to 200

Metr is build in so I think yes its on can
