Asking for a friend. He has a backfire hammer sledge and is looking to buy a set of Meepo Cyclone 165s. They come with the wheel pulley. What size belts does he need? Does the motor pulley need to change?
Anything else he would need to know?

assumptions: (note i expect these are wrong)
you’d need at least 115mm more belt length [(60T - 37T) * 5mm ] for the meepo pulley. maybe a smidge more.
however you’d also be about 39% (37T/60T) slower top speed going to the larger pulley. (62% more torque, 60T/37T ) so you’d need a larger motor pulley as well to keep the same ratio.
60T/37T * 14T = 22 ish. (22.70)
and that’s another 6T * 5mm of length needed. 30mm.
30mm +115mm + 260 mm = HTD 405-5M may or may not need to add another 5mm depending on the angles.
so that may not be accurate. but it gives you an idea how with accurate assumptions you can get a pretty good guess.
You can also look for belt calcs online. they go off the diamater of the pulleys an their distance.
