My rona roller - 9s4p 30Q | og FocBox | 160mm 50 cals | 6355 | akashas

I mean… I kind of love them. You should definitely try them if you have a setup that can take them. but this is the only board I’ve used them on. I kind of want to build a drop through dual drive with them now on a sportster or something but the enclosure would have to be razor thin, so lower range, but it would be a fun ride for sure.

they feel a lot like boas, very very similar feel.

you ridden kegels much? these seem any different?

I used kegels a lot a few years ago with the same pulleys, that’s actually why I have the 32T pulley. they’re very different in my opinion. I feel like the akashas are cushier somehow, and a bit grippier. That might be because they’re a slightly softer durometer than the orange and purple ones I used, but there might be more to it because they do feel really different.

How would compare both of those to the Venom Magnum Mach 1 wheels [in 74A], have you tried those?

I have not tried the venom wheels, no. But at 74a and wide af 70mm contact patch I expect they feel amazing.

Ive been there when my boy was about the same age on a snowboard hitting low/mid 30s.
It took a couple crashes to reel himself in.
