A little update on this board. I got 500+ km on it at the moment and it had been serving me loyally
Recently I made a motor guard.
Its main purpose is to protect the motors when carrying the board around. It also acts as a holder for the back light. I wanted to keep the motors visible as they look cool when spinning. Hence the square cuts.
Printed it in two halves and glued them together. It turned out very solid - better than I was hoping for actually.
Trivia: do you spot the mistake I did when modeling? That is fixed digitally, but didn’t print it yet as I am waiting to see if I will need any other improvements.

I’m guessing the mistake is the light mount not being centered?
Looks great though!
Bingo. It is centered, but it is not symmetrical. Left side is thicker than the right side.
