I’m glad you hate me :flushed:

Fine lineup you got there! That Haero tho.

Thanks Bro. The Haero gets the most action out of the bunch. Love the whole deal with the carver set up.

So nice! I wish my enclosure doesn’t have the logo on it tho.

Today a new electric vehicle joined the family.
The goal is to go on epic rides as a family.

I’m working on a better set up with the MBS deck to be the tow.

But I made a temporary tow eSk8 with the Rayne Crush.

Slapped the 110s on there and the truck on top for a hitch adapter.

Nice bike and tow rig. Mind disclosing what you paid for that bike? I’ve got a little Razor MX650 dirt bike running off 10s Lipos that my son loves, and it’s surprisingly fun for my 190 lb ass too. I’ve been interested in those Super 73 bikes, but this looks like a nice contender. And what trailer tow hitch is that? The angle looks too perfect with that baseplate

It is the Radrunner.
It was 1199.
100 dollar discount.
200 of extras. Display and suspension seat.

So 1300.

It was basically the cheapest ebike from a reputable recommended company.

This is the hitch adapter.

I should mention on the bike.
If it was for me I would definitely want something with more torque and top speed.

The Radrunner tops off at 20.
The acceleration reminds me of my old Wowgo 2S with a mellow hobbywing.

The build quality overall looks really good.
Packaging was solid and it was easy to put together.

Roger that. Sounds great for a family fun mobile, but a bit tame by our standards. I can hit 20mph on this $100 Craigslist special with a full 10s charge, so an upgrade is gonna have to top that. Lol. Definitely getting that hitch and stealing your truck mount idea though. :+1:

Well.

I fell.

On this fine unseasonably warm November Friday the 6th…

First of all kids.
Falling when you are 43 and weigh 235 lbs sucks.
Like extra duper sucks.
So don’t get old or fat…

For me falling luckily is rare…
Pretty sure last time was March 25th when my cloud wheel broke off.

When I fall off these things it always comes out of nowhere. And it’s like I never skateboarded or fell before…
I just drop like a ton of bricks.

I was on the MBS Comp 95 that I now call the tow truck.

We had just left the house for an epic family ride.

And half a block away from the house I hear a loud screeching noise and boom I’m down.

I tipped over the trailer with my 6 year old in it… Carved just a smidge too hard.

Luckily she was fine.
Obviously screaming and crying but just because of the scare… No injuries…
She was just hanging there sideways in the 5 point harness…

So when towing your children with an electric mountain board tone down the carving ok.
Ok good.

Just a couple dings on the trailer… Will try to buy a new cover.

So since I’m old and fat and hate falling I was wearing all the gear.
Knee pads.
Butt pad.
Armored hoodie.
Thousand half shell helmet.
Flatland 3d fingerless pro gloves.

So a couple scratches on my hands.
I think I jammed a finger on my left hand.

But here is the kicker… I somehow bruised(hopefully not broke) my right ribs.
If they are broken I may go throw all the boards in the missouri river…

We kept riding but just to the local playground…
Once we got there I whipped around on the grass banks for a while trying to adrenaline the rib pain away…

So yeah.
Good times.

getting old myself and fell 10 days ago. Broke 3 ribs and sprained my wrist + road rash.

Mine came out of nowhere as well, right in front of my apt. It was my first time on a new to me board.

Ouch you both… Heal up fast!

Still investigating the cause? What happened exactly?

Hope you heal up fast

It was from carving too hard and the trailer got whipped and one wheel came off the ground and the trailer went on its right side.

The screeching was the side of the trailer on the pavement…
Basically it was pretty immediate.

I heard that noise and I was down…

This is a video from the trailer set up I had last year.

See how well it moves…

Today it was a different board and a different trailer. And only one kid inside on the side that it tipped over.

Ok.
Good news. Hit up urgent care for x-rays.
No fracture.

So just a good bruise. Shit sure hurts.
But not all that bad of a deal.

I’m on vacation this whole week.
May rain every day…
Maybe I’ll get a bit of work done!

Today’s project is going to be the Llama.
Getting most parts off the set up I had with the Evolve bamboo.

Well.

I fell again.

I was asking for it.
Was out on an epic family ride.

At the end of the trail there is an awesome mountain bike skills Park.

I had never been before and it it really sweet.

On one of the skill obstacles I that had a triangle ramp on top of a table top the board bottomed out…
So it stopped suddenly and I just fell back.

My back foot came off the bindings…
My front foot stayed and brought the board down.

It was a mellow fall and I kept riding.

My back is fucked now. But that is an ongoing battle of mine…

This guy here on the left is the one that sent me down…
