Does not fit, you need to remove the motor pulley
But I can make motor plates with a larger bore, can you measure the diameter of the motor pulley? I want to check the larger hole will not interfere with the recesses for the motor mounting bolts.

Yes, that is enough, I have this type of motor pulleys , I can check it myself, but I did not know if you are still interested in this type of motor mounts.
I am, I just haven’t ridden much due to work and child summer care. Today was her first day of school so probably going to ride more =)
Since I can’t take off the pulley with the broken wrench tip stuck in it, I need a mount where I can work around it. Eventually I might drill it out if the motor fails.
The diameter of my motor pulley is 24mm, because on the other side of the pulleys has a flange
I checked, it is possible to make my motor mount with a 24.4mm hole, then you will be able to install the mount without removing the motor pulley
got me sold with that “feature” PM coming
I’d like a set with the hex clamps
No problem, I stock both short and longer ones
What kind of trucks do you have? MakerX TKP or SurfRodz TKP?
Tomorrow I will be milling a batch of motor mounts for a Razillian DKP truck, the mounts will be sent for anodizing in about 2 weeks.
If anyone is interested, I will make more sets.
The mounts have idlers, adjustable angle of inclination and allow the installation of gear ratio 16/66 or smaller, and after removing the idlers the pulleys can be larger.
The motor mounts will also fit SurfRodz Hex TKP, MakerX TKP trucks, and after removing the clamping rings, the motor plates can be mounted on classic DKP trucks such as Evolve, Flipsky, Ownboard, etc.
Of course, on SR TKP and MakerX trucks, the clamping rings will have more clearance, but the M8 grub bolts will immobilize the clamping rings.
Anyone interested?
